What does that even mean?

Everyday, we need to consume certain vitamins and minerals to ensure our bodies work at their most optimum levels. And due to the modern diet and lifestyle adopted by the vast majority, many of us live with deficiencies such as a B12 or Omega 3 deficiency – and due to this, we make our lives more difficult.

Tiredness, fatigue, short temper, lack of motivation…. Sound familiar?

It’s not just because you work hard and stay up late, it’s also because you are probably lacking certain vital components from your diet that your body and brain needs to function at their best.
